We are looking for an experienced Jr. Training & Development to join our Competency team, based in Pune.

Role & Responsibilities -

  • This position is responsible for creating and maintaining high quality learning content for New Hire Training
  • Scheduling calendars for New Hire Training with Leaders and trainers and owning the onboarding and assimilation program
  • Maintain basic reports on training completion and report on specified frequency
  • Domain knowledge of Finance will be a value add
  • Coordinate with the Competency leader on key programs / projects and execute on the action items

Skills & Experience required to perform this role -

  • Must have working experience of 1-2 years in engaging with people across levels
  • Should be able to comprehend and have a basic understanding of L&D concepts
  • Should have good Communication & Interpersonal skills
  • Eye for detail in content creation, Instructional designer certification will be a value add
  • Basic knowledge of Ms Excel (Tables, Graphs, Formatting and Pivots) & MS PowerPoint presentation
  • Ability to comprehend and work individually and meet set timelines
  • Technical skills to create learning metrics will be a value add
