Son nuestros clientes internos los que hacen posible cumplir nuestras metas diarias. Tú como Practicante de Recursos Humanos vas a conocer en profundidad el negocio de NielsenIQ y participar en todas las áreas y procesos de Recursos Humanos. 

Responsabilidades

• Manejo de archivo. 
• Soporte en manejo de nómina. 
• Envío de información área de finanzas/comercial etc. 
• Documentación pre ingreso para los nuevo colaboradores. 
• Armado de archivo de ingreso. 
• Soporte en certificados de bajas. 
• Apoyo general en RH.

¿Te gusta el trato con cliente interno? ¿Eres orientado al detalle? Se parte del equipo RH donde desarrollas tanto habilidades analitica como habilidades de negociación y comunicación efectiva, mientras eres tú mismo, en un ambiente de trabajo que propicia el aprendizaje y crecimiento profesional.   

• Estudiantes de últimos semestres de carrera en Administración, Psicología, Inheniería industrial, RH o afín. 
• Excel intermedio. 
• Nivel de inglés intermedio - avanzado
• Disponibilidad de horario.
