Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively develops client relationships by making efforts to listen to and understand the client; by anticipating and providing solutions based on client needs and giving high priority to client satisfaction
Ensure client services standards are implemented and enhanced as client expectations, continue to evolve and change in the market place
Deliver recommendation and solutions based on retail and loyalty analytics reports and presentations, to help our client’s with their customer loyalty strategy
Ensure effective performance management system is implemented and aligned with
regional directions in order to recognize desired performance for business advantage
Develop training plans to ensure that associates are able to grow and demonstrate
mastery of required competencies in their jobs and deliver desired performance levels

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree is required, Master’s Degree is preferred from reputable University
Minimum 8 to 12 years of working experience in Retail or Sales and Marketing area
Possess good knowledge about Retails market in Indonesia and able to provide solid report analysis to be presented to the clients
Strong market analysis, detail-oriented, and knows what is the trends in the retail industry in Indonesia related to customer loyalty strategy
Having the experience to lead team project and provide development training or coaching the associates for retails knowledge or analysis methods
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint and/ or Google Spreadsheet & Slides
Good client service skills and able to communicate and write effectively in English and Bahasa
