Job Description

About this job:

The Training Administrator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of training courses administration, including preparing schedules, controlling data bases, managing errors and issues, preparing statistics. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. 

Responsibilities: 

Provide administrative support, including: 

  • Managing training calendars 
  • Maintaining and validating databases 
  • Responding to training-related inquiries from participants and stakeholders 
  • Resolving training-related tickets 
  • Checking and controlling processes flow 
  • Preparing reports and trackers 
  • Items management on the Learning Management System platform 
  • Purchase and vendor management  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Previous experience in processes coordination, administration, or related roles preferred 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Analytical skills 
  • Problem solving mindset and commitment to delivering on time 
  • Proficiency in Excel, good knowledge of MS Office 365 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment 
  • Written and verbal communication skills, both Polish and English 
  • Familiarity with training management software is a plus
