Job Description

Senior Data Processing Specialist 

Accountable for documentation of all established production processes for 

Delivery of a high-quality product content CIP platform. 
Support of Data Processing Specialists in a daily work execution with expert knowledge. 

Key accountabilities (this area is not a detailed description of activities on the job):  
- Basic/ good end-to-end operational understanding 
- Team's KPI monitoring (quality and on time delivery) and being up to date with all processes related to assigned area 
- Contributing to the implementation of new standards and processes 
- Controlling data delivery status 
- Daily work in a virtual and multicultural environment through cooperation with stakeholders and colleagues in order to delivering against the set objectives 
- Execute client deliverable instructions from CI stream, working with country operations teams 
- Execute new business set-ups, change requests and query resolution. Providing accurate and timely feedback to respective country teams, following SOP, and use of best demonstrated practices liaising with CSC 
- Good knowledge about specific FMCG categories, fully independent in resolving queries 
- Identify gaps and areas for improvement in the process 
- Plan and execute a complex daily personal workload and support to meet departmental and company schedules 
- Providing assistance to Data Processing Specialists as a first point of contact 
- Providing training for the new joiners and other team members if needed 
- Meet quality and delivery targets (KPI) 
- Being responsible in keeping updated the operational documentation 
  

Additional information 

Work experience:  
- At least 1 year experience in CI 

Education:  
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
Requirements:  
- Well-developed analytical skills and very good attention to details 
- Very Good communication skills including English language (verbal and written) 
- Client communication skills 
- Proactivity attitude in recommending suitable solutions 
- Able to drive initiatives forward and deliver business results in a client focused manner 
- Ability to work effectively in a team to achieve goals together 
- Problem solving skills 
- Time management skills 
- Good understanding of end-to-end production process/stream knowledge 
- Very good understanding of the local market 
- Computer literate.
