Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Managing clients and their respective projects' custom research team in matters of market research based on experience in one or more sectors (Auto/ Finance/ CPG (FMCG)/ Shopper/ Telecom and Technology/ Others (Real Estate/ Shopping Center/ Tourism/ bathroom/ Sanitary, etc.))

2. Adept in independently handling all stages in a Customized Market Research Project:

  • Responding to RFP/ Proposal Design (Objective, Research design, Sample Design, costing)
  • Project Launch
  • Questionnaire design
  • Presentation preparation and sharing insights with client

3. Team management

4. Business development

5. Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations or business reviews and also by providing value-added analyses and response to special requests.

6. Undertake sales activities independently or in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation and delivery of proposal and credentials

7. Ensure the generation of required revenue from the assigned client portfolio and proper contract costing in order to meet the agreed budget targets

8. Identify and recommend enhanced and new services that answer clients' business needs

9. Build and maintain ongoing relationships with the identified key persons within client organization

10. Assist in the development of strong and captivating proposals to meet client needs, based on short research briefs and/or elaborate RFPs; including assisting with costing structure, methodological design, analytical framework, etc.

11. Accountable for key strategic clients in terms of execution of the full research cycle From Questionnaire design till final report delivery ensuring all quality checks are conducted to deliver insightful reports

Qualifications

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU

1. Experience in Primary Quantitative Market Research with practical knowledge of research methodologies

2. Strong Client Focus and Proactiveness

3. Working knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis

4. Proactive

5. Strong interpersonal skills

6. Prior team management experience is a must

7. Very Good Influencing & Persuading Skills

8. Excellent project management skills

9. Strong understanding of consumer behavior

QUALIFICATIONS

1. 2 years’ Quantitative Consumer Insights role experience

2. Knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis
