You will work face-to-face with key clients to engrain robust NIQ solutions. This is done by assisting clients with navigating through complex business challenges with insightful and actionable NIQ recommendations with confidence.

This is a hybrid position and will require once a week travel to Racine, WI

Job Description

When you join NIQ, you’re signing up for an experience that requires analytical thinking, flexibility, curiosity, and passion. The Customer Success Analyst role will allow you to be on the front lines of the fast-paced consumer world.    

  • Help our clients understand their business through the preparation of materials (presentations, analysis workbooks, client reports, and tools) and use these to find insights to deliver business outcomes to the client.   
  • Support team members and collaborate with partners to deliver complex analyses and insightful recommendations. 
  • Ensure that client needs relating to data questions and investigations are answered as best as possible with available data and tools.  
  • Help establish NIQ as an indispensable insights partner and thought leader for your clients.  
  • Train and consult clients to conduct analytics using NIQ tools and data sets, democratizing insights to drive business decisions.  
  • Extraction of data and creation of simple, effective presentations that lead clients to action and outcomes.  
  • Meet with the team to review project briefs, discuss project status, and advance analysis to recommendation-ready deliverables.  

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical aptitude, naturally curious, and lifelong learner with great storytelling skills. 
  • Experience utilizing multiple and complex data sets through problem-solving and proven project management skills.  
  • Skillfully communicate and work collaboratively with internal & external teams  
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office software. 
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in complex situations. 
  • Ability to travel to Racine, WI once a week.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required.  
  • Prior experience in Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, and Client service (Consulting, Research) is highly desirable.
