Job Description

As the Norway Sales Manager you will drive revenue growth and help shape the future of RMS. You will drive the overall sales, renewals and commercial EBITDA in your scope; you will secure a sustainable pipeline developing new revenue opportunities while maintaining close customer relationships for existing accounts. You will develop and implement a sales strategy that retains current revenue and generates new revenue maximizing our products and services. Drive end to end sales process including value proposition, pricing, negotiation and closing deals. Accurately manage sales pipeline and sales forecasting. Develop and lead a high performing sales team. The Sales Manager will be part of the Norwegian leadership team.

  • Manage, develop, coach and motivate/excite the Norwegian sales team, currently consistent 6 associates in Norway, to increase revenue and win rates        
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets and grow market share
  • Develop and execute against a comprehensive customer (group) strategy
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts. Accelerate customer adoption of RMS services
  • Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline leveraging sales force automation tools and best practices
  • Lead and deliver compelling, value generating sales pitches, presentations and product demonstrations to C-level executives
  • Utilize commercial and customer KPI’s to drive revenue and increase pipeline
  • Develop a positive working environment where success and achievements are recognized
  • Apply a thorough understanding of the marketplace, industry trends, and products to all management activities and strategic sales decisions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage and coordinate cross-functional internal teams (HR, Finance, Operations, Deal Desk, Customer Success, CSO & Product Leadership) to efficiently navigate complex sales cycles
  • Knows core competitors in the market and how to position the NIQ products in client discussions to win
  • Knows about Industry trends, Key Players, impact on new technology (AI/ML...)
  • Sharing of best practice across markets to drive awareness and knowledge

Qualifications

  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high growth business
  • Growth mindset with high achiever mentality
  • Proven track record of leading & coaching a sales team to exceed their targets
  • Proven track record of success driving adoption of analytics products and solutions
  • BA/BS degree required. 5-10 years of business consulting or technology-related sales or business development experience
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of people management experience
  • Experience selling to C-Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as leadership skills
  • FMCG sales background is a plus
