Role Description

In this role, you will be the single point of contact for the Commercial and Finance teams, to liaise on Finance/Revenue related tasks. You will be the go-to person from the Commercial side on all Finance-related processes, platforms and documents who can advise on actions accordingly. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all key cut-off dates based on the Monthly Closing Calendar are strictly adhered to. CMI Sales Admins are recruited by and report to NIQ Rev Ops team.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • PIPELINE MANAGEMENT
    • Update opportunities for Commercial teams and advise on opportunity set-up in MS Dynamics (CRM platform).
  • PROJECT COMMISSIONING
    • Commission opportunities in MS Dynamics to get the WBS number needed to start work (i.e. include billing instructions, final contract details, evidence of agreement (EOA) and/or PO).
    • Raise request and coordinate new client account creation in SAP.
  • BILLING & CASH COLLECTION
    • Review and approve proforma invoices.
    • Follow up with the Billing team on sending invoices to clients.
    • Raise credit memo requests for invoice revisions/ cancellations.
    • Attend the local Billing and Cash Collection calls and coordinate action items with the Commercial team.
  • REVENUE RECOGNITION
    • Ensure project details in SAP are updated (dates, amount, billing instructions). Raise post opportunity change requests as needed.
    • Submit evidence of delivery (EOD) and follow up with the Commercial team on pending EODs/POs
  • Overall coordination with Finance including follow-ups on requests and other Finance/Revenue-related tasks, as assigned

 

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of work experience related to Project Management/coordination w/ multiple stakeholders or Finance
  • Fluent in English
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Technologically capable - can work/learn to work with our Microsoft suite, MS office, MS Dynamics and PowerBI
  • Finance knowledge and/or Market Research industry knowledge is a plus
