Consumer Insights Business Development Senior Manager

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

New Business Development, through:

  • Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities for CI
  • Research market trends, analyze customer needs and identify potential new client relationships and potential white space opportunities (industries/accounts)
  • Expand the company's market presence, establish new client relationships and generate new revenue streams
  • Own the proposal preparation (methodology, design & costing)

Existing Account Development, through:

  • Nurturing and expanding existing customer relationships (with / without RMS/ Retail)
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
  • Maximize customer satisfaction and retention by providing personalized support and proactive account management
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to drive revenue growth from existing accounts & manage renewals
  • Own the proposal preparation (methodology, design & costing) 

Responsible for the clients’ revenue & collection cycles in coordination with the finance department.

Being up to date with all NIQ/GfK solutions and analytics in order to always be able to sell the latest innovations to our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in Marketing, Economics or related field
  • 5-7 years experience in Marketing Research
  • Fluent in Arabic & Strong Business English knowledge, both verbal and written
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Very good knowledge on advanced analysis, methods, and tools
  • Good organisational skills
  • Very good interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen and financial knowledge
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Expertise in servicing customers and in-depth knowledge on CR methods, analysis, and techniques
