Working closely with HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders (Communications, Marketing) and local teams. The Specialist will ensure the successful implementation, adoption, and sustainability of the new initiatives and change programs intended to transform the culture.

About this Job

This role will play a pivotal role in spearheading the global rollout of NIQ's Principles and Change Management initiatives. Reporting directly to the Program Lead of the Global Rollout, this position will oversee the strategic execution and management of the established program, ensuring its successful implementation, adoption, and sustainability across all regions. Working in close collaboration with HR teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and local teams, this position will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and management of the established program aimed at embedding our new company principles across all regions.  

Responsibilities 

  • Program Oversight: Lead the coordination and execution of the established program for rolling out new company principles, ensuring alignment with the multiple stakeholders and champions of this program.  
  • Project management: Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to achieve program objectives on time. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster collaboration with HR teams, local teams, and key stakeholders to coordinate program activities, gather feedback, and address challenges to implementation. 
  • Training Delivery: Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies, ensuring the successful delivery of training materials and experiences to equip managers and employees with the necessary knowledge and skills to embrace the new Principles. 
  • Communication & Awareness: Collaborate on the development of communication materials, tools, and resources to raise awareness, reinforce messaging, and drive engagement across the organization. 
  • Data-driven Insights: Collect, analyze, and interpret data and feedback to assess program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. 
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports on program activities and milestones. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging research in culture, change management, and organizational development, leveraging insights to enhance program effectiveness. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in preferred. 
  • +5 years of experience in organizational development roles, change management, project management, preferably in a global corporate environment. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across different levels and cultures. 
  • Proven track record of successful project management, with experience in managing complex initiatives from conception to implementation. 
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills, driving insights and recommendations for program optimization. 
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-paced and dynamic environments, with a focus on continuous improvement.
