Job Description

Position Overview:

As an Online Project Executive at NielsenIQ, you will play a pivotal role in delivering Online projects, contributing to team meetings, and acting as the point of contact with Operations, suppliers, and stakeholders. You will be responsible for project direction and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute effectively to project execution and act as the point of contact with Operations, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Design and draft project budgets and costings. Negotiation skills on cost as well as timelines

Advise on and review the online bids.

Ensuring data is delivered to spec and the project is of the highest quality.

Ensure project-related documentation is completed accurately.

Provide regular achievement reports to the project team and CS.

Provide regular financial performance updates to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.

Offer sound recommendations for more efficient ways of working and implementation plans.

Tech savvy, able to adapt to new tools, platforms, etc.

Qualifications

Quantitative project management experience at the Executive level.

Graduate/Masters with at least 2 years of experience in Online Market Research.

Experience in client-facing/supplier-side project management roles.

Knowledge of Online DIY platforms

Sound knowledge of how sampling works on the panel side.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Demonstrated client management experience and value contribution in team meetings.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail, including data checks and IR management.

Confidence in managing budgets and finances.

Positive and solution-focused attitude.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.

Willingness to learn and desire to develop a career in project management.
