Senior Engineer - Identity Governance (IAM) - Chennai/Pune, India

We're looking for a Senior Identity Governance Engineer with specialized experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM). This role demands a deep technical understanding and hands-on experience in a wide array of IAM solutions, including but not limited to Azure (AAD, Azure AD B2C, role-based access control, Azure Key Vault, conditional access, identity protection), SSO protocols, cross-cloud IAM integration, and compliance frameworks. 

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and optimize Azure IAM solutions, including AAD, Azure AD B2C, leveraging Azure Key Vault for secrets management, and deploying conditional access and identity protection strategies. Awareness of the Azure Entra ID name change and its implications is desirable. 
• Develop and manage Application SSO solutions with a strong grasp of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM protocols. Expertise in securing APIs for SSO integrations, managing access tokens, authorization scopes, and API gateways is essential. 
• Facilitate cross-cloud IAM integration across AWS and GCP, ensuring a unified and secure IAM posture. Proficiency in IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, Google Cloud Deployment Manager, and IAM services such as AWS IAM, AWS Cognito, GCP IAM, and Google Cloud Directory Sync is required. 
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance and security standards (GDPR, HIPAA, OWASP) relevant to SSO and identity management. Implement policies and practices that adhere to these standards. 
• Integrate and manage HashiCorp Vault for advanced secrets management, data encryption, and privileged access management, ensuring seamless integration with Azure and other IAM systems.

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a significant focus on IAM.
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in Azure IAM services, SSO protocols, HashiCorp Vault, MuleSoft, and ARS.
• Expertise in cross-cloud IAM integration, utilizing IaC tools for a secure, unified IAM architecture across AWS and GCP.
• Familiarity with compliance and security standards (GDPR, HIPAA, OWASP) and their application to IAM and SSO frameworks.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional projects and teams.
• Relevant advanced certifications (CISSP, CISM, Azure/AWS Security) are preferred.
