ABOUT THE ROLE
BASES vertical in NIQ is looking for a Project Coordinator. This cross-functional Operations team helps execute BASES unique solutions. Discovery works to not only deliver these ad-hoc studies successfully but also looks for ways to develop best practices and ultimately scale them up for launch within the greater business.
Qualified Project Coordinators would possess an ability to problem solve and be open to figuring out execution steps when there is no set path. Interest in exploring new operational processes and tools is also needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinates, communicates and documents all research study information, deadlines and changes, whilst managing timelines;
- Creates high-quality questionnaires based on key questions and background from the client and commercial teams;
- Acts as a single point of contact for all commercial and Operations team members for project-related questions and execution;
- Partners with Commercial and other Operations members to scope projects effectively which includes:
- Finding accurate incidence rates for sample sets
- Consulting on accurate placement, recovery rates and amount of product needed for studies
- Building timelines for studies
- Collaborating with Product Optimization Practice to ensure accurate costs are included in the proposal
- Reaching out to vendors for additional quotes (i.e., procurement of product) and layering those into the above;
- Partners with other Operations members/Product Optimization Practice to develop standard processes including:
- Holding project reviews to discuss pain points and potential solutions for the next study
- Documenting any findings and developing those into training decks, one-pagers, etc.
- Dry running documentation with other Operations team members to gather feedback
- Launching the new standard process to the greater business (hosting training sessions, shadowing on projects, developing FAQ documents, etc.);
- Works with vendors directly for central location tests to ensure they are trained on the interview specifications and product handling guidelines;
- Visits central locations in person on the first day of field and/or run pilots with vendors (optional/as needed);
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of Project Coordinator or equivalent project management experience;
- Bachelor's degree;
- Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
- Oral and written communication skills;
- Client consulting skills, Ability to influence, collaborate and negotiate to attain alignment across teams;
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills, creativity;
- Leadership skills;
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs and Sheets;
