Job Description

As a Sales Enablement Platform Specialist, you will be accountable for supporting users of Sales Enablement platforms around the globe on a daily basis and co-lead together with Sales Enablement Product Owner important ad-hoc projects related to piloting new platforms, integrating a set of platforms to provide a seamless user experience and contribute to increase of sales efficiency and effectiveness. You will work cross-functionally with a variety of departments to ensure alignment of initiatives with the company’s objectives and goals.  

The list of Sales Enablement platforms includes but is not limited to: SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Ringlead, Zoom.info, and others.  

The scope of this role includes: 

  • Quickly become an internal authority and “go to” contact for your designated sales platforms 

  • Support users in utilization and adoption of the Sales Enablement Platforms and ensuring standards and processes are followed 

  • Lead regular discussions with stakeholders to understand challenges, identify patterns and trends across the industry, and evolve strategies and approaches accordingly. 

  • Proactively engage with global sales leaders and sellers to gather qualitative feedback on messaging, sales content, and other learning deliverables to optimize and improve learning. 

  • Drive feedback sessions with users to drive effectiveness, consistency, and improvements 

  • Improve and implement learning deliverables to be leveraged for onboarding and ongoing enablement programs. 

  • Generate reports and analytics 

  • Working closely with the vendor team to facilitate any system upgrades/technical updates 

  • Coordinate our enablement stack across Sales Enablement platforms and CRM (MS Dynamics) to optimize efficiency and user experience 

Required Skills 

  • Strong business acumen combined with interest to sales enablement technologies 

  • At least 2 years of experience of using/administering sales enablement tools is preferred 

  • Exposure to Sales operations role is preferred 

  • Are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

  • Self-motivated to work alone, yet energetic in team situations 

  • Able to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment 

  • Flexibility to grow with the role as our Sales Enablement tech stack matures 

  • Are an excellent team player who can work with virtual and global team members 

Specifics:   

  • As part of Revenue Operations team, the specialist will be focusing on providing our sellers with tools and skills they need to sell effectively to their target markets. The specialist will work closely with the Sales Acceleration Leaders to execute on go-to-market initiatives and to ensure an overall alignment between Sales Tools and Sales Strategies on the ongoing basis.  

  • In this role the specialist will facilitate training and onboarding processes for sales executives and will work particularly closely with Sales Accerlation to help them effectively manage lead workflow. 

  • The specialist will work together with other RevOps team members and MSD team to design and implement business processes and workflows and to report on seller performance.  

  • Train to and enforce our sales process, methodologies, and sales tools standards and compliance to ensure reporting accuracy 

  • Lead regular discussions with stakeholders to understand challenges, identify patterns and trends across the industry, and evolve strategies and approaches accordingly. 

  • Provide instructional design support to ensure all training and tools are continually optimized and up to date. 

  • Ability to work independently, think creatively about solving problems manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 

  • Play a supporting role in working with cross-functional teams to understand their sales enablement needs and translate them into effective workflows and system configurations
