Job Description
In the Senior Merchandising Services Consultant role at the client delivery team you will be responsible for being an expert on NielsenIQ’s merchandising solutions: Spaceman – planogram building tool, my.spaceman and planogram automation solution.
The Merchandising Services Senior Consultant will deliver Spaceman trainings for all levels of the software, lead software implementation projects while supporting the sales teams to build a strong pipeline and keep close to product leadership team to further enhance our software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing customer support to our clients in the Adriatic’s region related to our Merchandising software solutions
- Deliver software trainings online/offline
- Support the sales process with product expertise, software presentations and product demos
- Act as a bridge between users and product leadership team, become a trusted partner for clients when it comes to new needs and functionalities in our software, make sure to get bug fixes done
- Lead software implementations in the region and team-up with technical team to design the solution, put together a proper project plan and implement it in time
- Build and maintain our knowledge base: Compiling and delivering documentation material for methodology questions and/or frequently asked questions
- Involvement in global expert groups with your expertise to improve our current processes
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in economics/marketing/data science
- 3-5+ years of experience in Customer success/Customer support roles with B2B software
- Basic knowledge of retail Category Management
- Eager to learn new software solutions and
- Critical thinking
- Ability to build good relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in a digital environment, and also ready to go to office or to clients when it is required
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook
- Strong communication skills (English, Serbian)
