The QA team is a critical component of Data Impact by NielsenIQ’s software engineering team. When a new piece of software is being developed or a bug being fixed, the QA Engineers are part of the process from start to end.

We are looking for a QA Engineer to join the product team and focus on deploying and following engineering best practices. Our distributed team has a broad scope and balanced mix of levels so there’s plenty of room to teach and learn.

What you will be doing:

• Build and maintain an end-to-end CI infrastructure
• Work on code analysis with development teams
• Contribute in the continuous testing process with the QA team
• Elaborate acceptance criteria from the product specs
• Write automated tests
• Provide and follow the right KPIs on the product quality

• Proven experience as a QA Engineer (at least 2 years), working with Go, Python or PHP
• Deep understanding of a software development lifecycle
• Experience with automation tests (cypress or selenium)
• Experience with API tests (Postman)
• Ability to communicate well with individuals and groups to accomplish a common set of goals
• English and French: professional proficiency
