Job Description

A Senior Customer Consultant will oversee analytical cooperation with top FMCG Clients. This role is designed to build and develop strong partnership with NielsenIQ top Clients to drive their satisfaction and inspire them.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Build a strong partnership with the Clients
  • Strong & Intensive networking of relevant stakeholders with defined Clients and high Client engagement
  • Help Clients make winning decisions with a world-class service experience
  • Continuously expand knowledge of business topics, markets and NielsenIQ products
  • Understand Clients and define solution with stakeholders
  • Know and understand the business needs of your Clients and conduct strategic workshop that generate added value and opportunities
  • Support of budget attainment, close coordination with Sales team on sales opportunities
  • Analyze and interpret sales data to answer specific Client business questions and deliver value to the Clients via actionable and concrete recommendations
  • Lead Client meetings and presentations

Qualifications

 

  • University degree, preferable in Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills in a multicultural setting
  • Results-oriented personality and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Client-centric and solution-oriented approach Strong numerical, analytical, and written presentation skills
  • Distinctive industry expertise regarding trends, environment categories, etc.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
  • Very good written and spoken communication skills in English (C1 level)
  • Ability to work both independently and as an enthusiastic team player
  • Comfortable working in a virtual environment
