FP&A Analyst

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in local FP&A team way of work, rhythms, and output consolidation
  • Weekly update the files related to revenue forecasting, revenue on hand and pipelines
  • Preparation of the standard forecasting files
  • Participate to month end close together with local FP&A (pre-close expenses, revenue status updates etc.)
  • Ensure planning cycle and reporting requirement deadlines are met in alignment with the local FP&A
  • Regular updates on finance master-data (internal tools to be updated regularly with the input from sales and FP&A Manager)
  • Control and analysis on monthly closing (revenue & expenses check against USGAAP policies)
  • Own specific piece of FP&A work and output, according to team organization
  • Participate in automation & process standardization for the respective scope of countries (covering both local and HUB perspectives) – part of finance transformation

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience
  • University degree (finance, accounting, business, or related field)
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong Business English knowledge, both verbal and written
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Proactivity in day-to-day activities
  • Results-oriented, personality and ability to work against deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
  • Comfortable working in a virtual environment and in a multicultural setting
