Job Description
- Act in a key support role for assigned projects.
- Establish and facilitate regular project meetings.
- Collect and analyze business requirements and transfer them to accurate specifications and deliverables.
- Monitor productivity and progress by driving the surveyor team and/or vendors to meet project timelines according to the planned schedule.
- Initiate the request for recruitment and training of surveyors; work closely with the Recruitment team to ensure NIQ’s data collection needs are fully met
- Monitor the quality and productivity of surveyors (e.g., contact status, Data Quality Analysis, etc.), provide feedback, and document all performance and disciplinary issues
- Ensure on-time data delivery and perform validation checks on surveyors’ work and accompany/observe a sample of their interviews
- Provide timely communication and feedback to the surveyor team and/or vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
- Coordinate team of surveyors and/or vendors to conduct field data collection as per NIQ Standards and documented processes and procedures
- Travel island-wide to provide guidance and fieldwork shadowing to the field surveyors
- Provide deserved recognition and ongoing performance feedback to surveyors to improve their morale and motivation, and encourage continuous improvement
- Design fieldwork schedule to align resource allocation and timeline.
- Proactively identify and manage the resolution of risks and issues that may negatively impact fieldwork deliverables.
- Support/deploy business continuity plans to enable recovery from an emergency or disaster.
- Documents, shares, and leverages project lessons learned and promotes best practices for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all internal systems and documentation are updated in a timely manner.

Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma from an accredited college or university
- Fresh graduate or candidate with 6 months to 1 year of experience working in a market research environment preferred
- A solid understanding of the principles of market research
- Good command of English and local language(s), both oral and written
- Strong organizational skills, with an eye for detail and a conscientious attitude towards delivering with quality, on time, and within budget
- Ability in problem-solving and diffusing potential conflicts
- Good time management skills and ability to manage multiple assignments effectively; proactive and able to meet deadlines and follow up on action items
- Willingness to travel around Singapore to monitor fieldwork
Additional Information
Hybrid-based role, must be physically located within Singapore and the applicant must be a Country/Region Resident.
