Sales Operations Executive

Job Description
The associate in this role will work with Account Development Leaders to help manage the commercial engagement. The commercial engagement can be classified into the following activities.
- Support Client Leaders with Contract Documentation and Registration on Microsoft Dynamics and work with the Revenue Controller team to ensure all steps are completed to bill to the client - Purchase Order, Invoices, Liquidation, Evidence of Delivery
- Work with the Revenue Controller team on invoice generation, checks, delivery of an invoice to clients, follow-ups for collections
- Assist commercial director with day-to-day sales activities: frequent updates on Power BI and RCT tool for revenue management, sales campaign management, office supplies, manage team expenses….
- Support Client Leaders with commercial request from other NielsenIQ entities across the globe
Qualifications
You are well organized and you’re a team player. You have a commercial mind and know a thing or two about marketing. You like creating clarity in chaos, you’re not afraid to take the initiative and you are a self-starter. The ideal candidate has experience in, Sales Enablement or Sales Operations within a multi-national organisation.
- Bachelor's Degree or fresh graduated, studied Marketing, Business, Accounting or related major
- Have at least 1-2 (or more) years of experience working in a similar position, preferably in FMCG
- Able to effectively communicate in a cross-country environment
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBI and Salesloft is good to have
- Be punctual and demonstrate high attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and take initiative
- Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
- Fluent in English, Comfortable and efficient in working with Microsoft Office applications
