Job Description
Responsibilities
- Fully responsible for managing several FMCG key accounts
- Responsible for the end to end research cycle from client briefing to report delivery
- Design proposals based on understanding of client needs
- Develop Nielsen business with new and existing clients
- Designs research instruments using different tools according to research methodology
- Co-ordinates the execution of projects and handles other departments responsible of the data collection and processing.
- Co-operating with other research executives and trainees who will assist on the various stages of the project
- Handles complicated client queries or complaints
- Works on the analysis and interpretation of results, provides feedback to clients and writes reports and recommendations
- Present final reports to client stakeholders
- Help in organizing interactive workshops with clients Provides advice and consultation to clients and staff
- Responsible for the clients’ revenue & collection cycles in coordination with the finance department
- Responsible for coaching junior associates
Qualifications:
- University degree in Marketing, Economics or related field
- 3-5 years experience in Marketing Research
- Strong analytical mind
- Very good knowledge on advanced analysis, methods, and tools
- Excellent numerical skills
- Good organisational skills, and strong people management skills
- Very good interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and financial knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Fluency in English
- Computer Literate
- Expertise in servicing customers and in-depth knowledge on CR methods, analysis and techniques
- FMCG experience is preferred
