We are looking for someone who is ready to help drive and support positive change, be a good team member, and be fully driven by achieving success with the support of the wider team.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and renewals for a group of allocated existing accounts, securing a sales pipeline and developing new revenue opportunities.
  • Develop solid and interconnected understanding of the customer's industry/business/market
  • Partner with Customer Success and other relevant teams within NIQ to develop and execute Account Plans, and to maximize the client experience.
  • Be the voice of the client within NIQ and collect, analyze, act-on and escalade any topics that need support solving.
  • Contribute to or drive wider commercial team projects.

A deep understanding of the market landscape, our products, and our processes is at the forefront of your mind. You know that collaboration amongst teams and active listening of clients is critical to meet goals and grow. You strengthen our relationship with customers and unlock opportunities for growth. Selling, understanding our customers and their contexts, effective negotiation and growth mindset drive your work.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of related Sales and Account Management experience
  • Proven sales skills and developed expertise in the target scope
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • A solid understanding of the dynamics and issues facing FMCG manufacturers and retailers.
  • An understanding of how market and consumer intelligence is used by FMCG players
  • Excellent oral and written command of the Dutch and English languages.
  • Prior experience from working in FMCG, market intelligence/research or working with NIQ/IRI/GfK data and insights is an advantage.
