Location: Remote, but must be based in the US
Travel: Roughly 10%, 2x month for client meetings (primarily West Coast and East Coast)

About this job
As a Customer Success & Insights leader, you are responsible for all client activity and the overall success of NielsenIQ at the customer. This includes driving actionable, timely, and high-quality strategic insights to help accelerate client growth trajectories.
Responsibilities
- Routinely and efficiently lead the creation of compelling, high-quality perspectives and deliverables to address clients' growth questions.
- Outputs to include a strategy framework to simplify complex ideas and organize our analyses
- Integrate analyses from across NIQ's solutions
- Demonstrate market expertise, establishing a POV, and offering actionable recommendations
- Writing for an executive audience (i.e., using an economy of words) and creating opportunities to engage client organizations
- Lead the Beauty Customer Success Strategy Workstream.

- Enable Account Development senior leaders with related client engagement materials
- Share insights with / educate internal audiences
- Share with clients
- Support the creation of deep Thought Leadership publications

- Spend time coaching and training the team on best practices
- Ensuring quality standards are maintained
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8+ years experience in a relevant industry (CPG and/or consulting)
- Relevant experience with research techniques & solutions in the related industries of Consumer-Packaged Goods, Consulting, Information, Sales, Analytics or similar
- Experience managing people managers
- Proficiency in Syndicated POS Data and Panel Data required
- Effective in senior-level communications, influencing & negotiation
- Mission-driven and passionate about serving a purpose
- Excellent awareness of market conditions and client business environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software and Salesforce
- Familiarity with NielsenIQ tools, applications, and platforms is a plus
