About the job

Candidates will be responsible for applying mathematics, statistics and econometrics into reality to understand the dynamics of the market and thus help the client in their strategies. Understand the dynamics of the regression models and understand what variables should be included in each model in order to generate valuable information output for the client. Explain to the consultants of the commercial area the study results carried out so that they can approach them to the client.

Carry out an exhaustive control of the information included in the project in order to minimize errors and obtain high-quality results.

 

Responsibilities

  • Independent execution of Price and Promotion projects that includes running econometric models on existing NielsenIQ platforms and performing validations for the same
  • Query and analyse large amounts of data and to triangulate across data sources.
  • Provision of explanations to the consultants of the commercial area the study results by analysing and interpreting data, deriving insights and recommendations
  • Interaction with multiple internal stakeholders’ teams across different regions
  • Results oriented with the ability to maintain focus on objectives in a multi-task demanding environment
  • Insurance the carry out an exhaustive control of the information included in the project in order to minimize errors and obtain high-quality results

 

 

    Qualifications

    About you

    Candidates with Good communication skills, a detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills., and someone with Advance knowledge of Excel , comfortable working in a Team & must be Open to learning new ideas outside scope or knowledge skillset will be the best candidate for this role. Also should be flexible with working hours when needed.

    Qualifications / Requirements

     

    • B.SC/M.Sc. / M.A – Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Master of Business Administration 
    • 0.6 -2 years in analytical, modelling or related fields desired., Freshers can also apply
    • Foundational knowledge on statistical methods
    • Hands on Experience on programming language like Advanced SQL & Python is must
    • Familiarity with visualization tools like Power Bi & Excel VBA would be an asset
    • Sound problem-solving skills and Ability to work independently to solve issues
