Job Description
The UK SMB Manager is accountable for the team, strategy, targets, and KPIs for the UK SMB team. The manager will also lead the team in the acceleration business plan.
They will report into the Regional SMB Leader and dotted line into the UK Market Leader, including forecasting, revenue planning, and P&L.
- Generate revenue opportunities by truly understanding the untapped client opportunities.
- Lead the team’s business strategy, objectives.
- Coach, grow, retain, and champion your SMB commercial and coordinator talent.

- Lead the team’s business strategy, objectives.
- Coach, grow, retain, and champion your SMB commercial and coordinator talent.
- Encourage the design of new revenue ideas, such as analytics.
- Support and create a vibrant and engaging culture built on high performance that drives results.
- Take part in team incentives/campaigns to increase visibility on SMB services and to encourage a friendly competitive atmosphere
- Networking and industry events.
- Championing the SMB movement across the market
- Be a key player in the West Europe team of SMB Country Leaders, sharing best practice and learnings.

Qualifications:
- 3 – 5 years working within the SMB clients (up to £50m turnover).
- Extensive understanding of the issues and understanding of the client’s needs facing FMCG manufacturer and retailers
- Direct sales, sales development rep, or account management looking to join a fantastic global company with massive progression potential.
- Ideally experience in FMCG sector or equivalent with appreciation of NielsenIQ and/or competitor products, services, and data
- Ideally understanding of data, insight, category marketing – either agency of client background
