Job Description

Objective:

Assist client service team (CS) in delivering quality services to clients by covering key activities such as questionnaire design, survey program link checking and liaison with programming team, field kit preparation etc. and ensure timely execution and delivery of these services according to client business needs and specifications.

 

Main Accountabilities:

  • First Time right delivery of questionnaire and link checks
  • Liaison with programmer, translation, and other support teams
  • Field Kit preparation in consultation with CS
  • Conduct Basic Data checks & field status checks under guidance from CS
  • Report & deliverable preparation
  • Work with CS team based on the defined prioritization
  • Project management

 

Role Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Logical Mindset
  • Client servicing & project management skills
  • Attention to detail, Multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 6 months work experience in project management.

  • Exposure to market research industry/domain will be an added advantage
