About This Job 

The person on this role is responsible of all administrative duties in Real Estate department for Latin America, such as POs submissions, payment follow ups, invoices process, etc.; is the bridge between users and the co-works across the region and oversees the car fleet management in Mexico (~180 cars),

Responsibilities 

  • Controls budget
  • Updates the CapEx tracker
  • Keeps energy and water consumption tracker across the region
  • Creates all POs needed by the department
  • Makes follow ups and keeps vendors informed about any payment delay
  • Submits invoices for payment for utilities
  • Request activation/deactivation of keycards to the co-works in the region
  • Is the main link between users and co-works’ administration
  • Controls invoices from co-works and parking
  • Maintains leases, amendments and floor plans updated
  • Helps drafting leases amendments, termination letters and delivery certificate
  • Manages the car fleet in Mexico

Qualifications

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, engineering or related
  • Advanced English
  • Quantitative analysis work experience (1-3 years)
  • Experience with Microsoft Software like Excel (advanced level), Word, Power Point
  • Knowledge in SAP/Ariba is a plus
