Job Description
Responsibilities
● Responsible for the timely provision of data in the highest quality according to the agreed service level and requirements.
● Process defined reports, schedules and processes by adhering to defined procedures, delivery schedules, and SLAs.
● Acts as the clients' advocate within NOC by providing feedback on clients' needs, and challenging internal processes to best deliver on those needs
● Provide constructive input to Process Owners / Team Leads / Operations Manager to optimize and improve Operations effectiveness.
● Understanding the relationship of assigned processes to both upstream and downstream processes to guarantee clean data is delivered by eliminating the need for re-work from any Operations team.
Qualifications
College Degree
Strong written and oral communications
Clear and articulate command of the English language
Strong presentation skills
Demonstrated experience in working with software platforms
2-3 years prior customer service organization experience
Demonstrate ability to identify and implement new or changed business improvement opportunities
Ability to lead and actively participate in a group discussions and client meetings and anticipate & respond “live” dialogue with clients
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Ability to prepare meaningful presentations using PowerPoint software; Ability to utilize excel for pivots & basic functionality
Strong analytical skills
Ability to validate output, troubleshoot errors, and quickly make corrections Ability to function in a team environment
Ability to manage priorities and deliver against established timelines
Ability to multi-taskLogical thinking and problem solving
Demonstrated ability to work independently and be a self-starter
Strong attention to detail
Basic understanding of how Machine learning works
Additional Information
Preferred Skills:
SQL, Python
Data visualization experience like tableau and Power BI
Knowledge of NielsenIQ products, industry, and technology
Ability to design and test solutions for internal operational teams to manage workload and drive efficiency
Strong understanding of US markets, facts, calendars
