Job Description
CGA’s Client Success & Insight Lead (CSIL) works closely with many of the world’s leading drink brands to help them make better and more informed decisions.
Managing a portfolio of world-renowned clients, the CSIL builds & maintains strong & long-lasting peer to peer relationships with key stakeholders & decision makers. The CSIL is crucial in working with the account team to drive business growth through best-in-class client management and developing proactive account plans to meet client retention & budget targets.
Demonstrating great leadership skills, the CSIL is a mentor for their team. Supporting and motivating the team to not only achieve the team & business objectives, but their team’s own personal development goals. The CSIL is always a custodian of CGA’s culture & core values.
Role Summary:
As part of a fast-growing team covering EMEA clients, the Client Success & Insights Lead is responsible for building and delivering high quality data and insight deliverables primarily for clients in the Italian On Premise market. These should be value-adding enough to increase customer loyalty, to retain contracted spend and to increase customer’s desire to work even more with CGA now or in the future.

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all data and insight that goes to clients is high quality, correct and delivered on time
- Lead or oversee all insight and data led projects, with support from the Client Success Lead/Director on more complex & strategic pieces
- Deliver insight which is actionable and SMART
- Take client briefs to ensure we can deliver actionable projects from internal data sources
- Work with the Client Solutions teams in-market to support Account Development of all clients
Qualifications
- Experience using and interpreting data
- Experience in building insights and narratives from the data that are actionable
- Passion for FMCG or CPG sector
- Strong skills in using Excel and PPT
- Fluency in English
- Italian language would be an advantage
- Experience in managing Stakeholder or Client Management would be an advantage
