About this Job

Client Transition Lead plays a critical role for NielsenIQ’s Omni Team as the key leader running team of Client Transition Consultants.    You will work in conjunction with Specialty Sales Leaders, Account Leaders and Client Success leaders to ensure a smooth transition for our clients as they upgrade or move their business to our newest Panel solutions.   

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Client Transition Leader is to develop the strategy, vision and process of transitioning clients to our Omni solutions as their database of record.  This leader will lead the team of Client Transition Consultants who will focus on the following responsibilities: 

  • Pre-Assessment 

  • Scope/Build 

  • Socialization/Validation  

  • Permissions/Entitlement 

Additionally, this team is responsible for working hand in hand with Operations, Product and Client Success to ensure the successful handoffs regarding: 

  • Internal (re)Socialization 

  • Database Set Up 

  • White Glove Client Support During transition 

Qualifications

  • Management experience leading teams (3-5 years) 

  • Ability to multi-task and successfully manage projects independently 

  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities 

  • Ability to learn and work across a wide variety of data platforms 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power-point) 

  • Experience with pivot tables, Tableau and Power BI a plus 

  • Experience with syndicated data-sets  

  • Experience with consumer panel data
