NIQ Activate is the leading provider of AI-powered customer analytics, personalization, and brand collaboration platform. Serving dozens of retailers and brands across the world using cutting-edge big data, real-time analytics, and data-science automation. Our solution is disrupting existing data & media monetization models by enabling retailers to remain in control of their revenue.

We believe that building a great product and teams starts with amazing, diverse minded and bright people who make an impact, generate creative & innovative ideas and take on new perspectives.  The VP Product is a key strategic position and the leader of NIQ Activate’s products and its roadmap, with responsibility for ensuring all relevant stakeholders are aligned and onboard in terms of business and value propositions, procedures, features, and data.

The VP Product will manage a team of professionals that defines product’s vision & strategy, supports presale phases and represents the customer’s voice within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire product life cycle - from concept through development and launch.
  • Define and execute the product strategy and short/long-term roadmap.
  • Lead the product team.
  • Identify and represent market and technology trends in addition to the customer’s voice, while defining the roadmap and product scope.
  • Partner with global teams of R&D, marketing, operations, sales, and finance stakeholders to ensure solutions meet defined business objectives.
  • Work closely with the R&D organization to develop and deliver value to customers.
  • Determining operational and product issues and resolving them as soon as possible.
  • Meet with customers and prospects to identify their needs and pain points.
  • Develop competitive analysis and metrics.

Qualifications

  • BA/B.Sc. in Engineering/ Economics/ Business Administration or another related field
  • MBA - Advantage
  • At least 8 years of experience in Product Management
  • At least 5 years as a leader of product teams
  • Experience with determining product-market fit and delivering products to market
  • At least 3 years working in a global multicultural enterprise, managing a high volume B2B SaaS product
  • Experience in managing a big data analytics product - Advantage.
  • Experience in the CPG / Retail industry and related ecosystems – Major advantage
  • Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with engineering and other departments.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • High level of presentation skills
  • Fluent English
  • Located in Eastern or Central time zone
