About Job:
NielsenIQ Activate is our newly acquired loyalty, personalisation & retail media solution, enabling to create a new success model between retailers, their shoppers and their suppliers.
This role allows creating a new model of success between retailers, their buyers and their suppliers through the new platform.
You will also help your client define and execute their end-to-end promotion personalization strategy in the spirit of robust perceived value measurement.
Responsibilities:
- Be a trusted point of contact for your customers, beginning from the Implementation, product adoption, and renewals.
- Proactively engage each account to ensure that every functionality and offering is being leveraged, maximizing the value for the customer and the users.
- Work with customers to develop a success plan, including metrics for success that outlines how Activate will be addressing their immediate and future needs.
- Make sure of continuing education for customers to maximize product usage.
- Work and be supported by Sales, Customer success Product expert, Tech Support and Data operation to ensure fast and managed implementation, release deployment and value.
- Constantly think of innovative ways Activate can increase renewals and drive long term customer success. A proactive approach is taken for each account where cross-selling and up-selling is made a priority.
- Product expertise through delivery of training and planning workshops to clients.
- Pro-actively analyze customer product usage and provide strategic advice to the customer around how they can better engage their internal and external users
- Liaise with customers to track additional requirements and features (Change requests)
- Work with product expert and customer success enablement tools and template in order to work according to best practices and organization processes.
- Work closely with value team to demonstrate value to the customer
- Perform weekly meetings, QBR’s and report both to customer stakeholders but also to internal Nielsen Stakeholders in the Customer success Center of excellence regarding the customer status.
Qualifications
About You
You will work with other team members to drive the initial implementation and integration. You’ll educate your customer about new functionalities, best practices, industry developments and increase the value Activate delivers to your client organization. You will develop a deep understanding of customer engagement and the Activate platform to create best practices around the technology.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail industry, FMCG market, retail media, and shopping behavior analytics - an advantage.
- Experience in customer loyalty and/or personalization
- Excellent English skills
- Excellent proficiency in Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Tech oriented, hands-on experience with CRM platforms,
- This position is a full-time position that will require traveling at least once or twice a week.
- Experience in consulting & supporting client’s needs on a daily basis.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise when working through customer issues and escalations.
- Strong analytical skills, proven experience with data analytics and creating insights out of complex data.
