We are looking for an HR Generalist to partner with our Customer Success division in North America. This is an individual contributor role; hands-on, partnering with a client group in NA and the Global HR Leader of Customer Success in the execution of HR processes and strategy, ensuring compliance with current corporate directives. We are seeking a tech-savvy doer that thrives in a dynamic environment, with an eye toward process improvement. You will work with other team members to support multiple, complex, high-visibility process excellence/improvement initiatives that span multiple regions and processes.
Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of HR processes across the client group in North America and partner with the leaders in their scope on all people-related activities.
- Assist with performance/salary management processes as well as bi-annual talent review processes for the organization in their scope.
- Resolve employee relations issues when required.
- Provide data governance of the associate updates in HRIS systems, to ensure reporting structures/job titles/cost centers are correct, current, and useful for HR and finance purposes.
- Support process improvement and standardization of HR processes and initiatives.
- Administer the global approval process of open roles and partner with Talent Acquisition team on the improvement of the processes that enable the recruitment efforts across the Global CS team.
- Drive other special projects at regional or global level where needed.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of Human Resources experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business, Organization Effectiveness, or related field
- Proficiency in Google for Work/ Microsoft Office including Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated individual capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analyze large sets of data and effectively articulate findings and recommendations in an easy-to-understand way.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Strong execution skills
- Results oriented
- Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects
- Ability to work collaboratively across many teams to achieve a common goal
