About this job

As an Associate Manager responsible for platform onboarding and adoption for our customers, you are responsible for enabling customers to use our data and tools. This includes driving increased usage of technology and enablement of customer self-serve use of our tools. This role has deep knowledge of our platform, and the way customers use the platform to address their business and industry needs. Works successfully across a matrixed organization structure, fully leveraging the service model.

Responsibilities

Specifically, for this role, there is a need for an associate with a technical skill set who understands our processes and solutions end to end that also understands customer needs and how they use our tools.

  • Working collaboratively with other product sales leads & cross-functional partners     
  • Consult with customers based on their needs in the platform (i.e., as needed “office hours” for new customers, those willing to pay for consultation, or those expressing frustration/dissatisfaction) – being closely aligned with the customer is critical
  • Establish onboarding best practices to bring new customers onto the platform quickly and independently (self-serve)
  • Develop best practice office hours approach for large customer segment in scalable manner
  • Support establishment of usage tracking and identify opportunities for customer engagement
  • Work closely with customer facing associates to address customer needs and deliver on their asks – with focus on delivering on analytic needs of customers via the platform
  • Quick and clear understanding of defects and enhancements and the impact on our customers – facilitating communication between product and tech and enabling CS to communicate
  • Ensure continuous upskilling of our CS associates, due to the agile way we work with fast-paced changes in the platform (i.e., Dabble in Discover, Hackathon)

Qualifications

  • College/University undergraduate or Master’s degree
  • Experience with data analysis, manipulating scan/panel data and visualizing insights
  • Familiarity with NielsenIQ solutions or syndicated data
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with BI Tools a plus (PowerBI, Tableau)
  • 2+ years of Consumer-Packaged Goods industry experience preferred
