We are looking for an Engineering Manager that will be leading our DevSecOps team.

As an Engineering Manager, you’ll be responsible for empowering a team of smart, highly skilled technologists who are passionate about learning and prototyping cutting-edge technologies. You will lead the DevSecOps team and support other engineering teams to build cloud-native applications. We value CI/CD in everything that we develop and DevSecOps is an integral part of our agile development framework.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of DevSecOps engineers, distributed globally. 
• Design & automate deployment pipelines in a scalable, secure, and reliable manner. 
• Operate as a technical expert on DevOps infrastructure projects pertaining to systems management, containerization, and design of build and deployment pipelines.  
• Perform performance analysis and optimization, monitoring, and problem resolution, upgrade planning and execution, and process creation and documentation. 
• Work closely with Cloud Infrastructure and Cyber security teams to ensure organizational best practices are followed.
• Manage cross-functional team members and stakeholders throughout projects of varying scope and complexity. 

• Great foundational leadership skills, including experience managing a small team of technologists.
• Strong fundamentals in Infrastructure management and cloud-native CI/CD. 
• Experience with Enterprise High Availability Platforms, Network and Security on Azure. 
• Must have experience in Unix scripting and automation/configuration management tools (Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent).
• Ability to conduct code reviews, troubleshoot code, and direct architecture & design decisions. 
• Exceptional project management skills, with experience managing projects of varying scope and scale, preferably in an agile environment. 
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface across cross-functional technology teams and the business.  
• Minimum B.S. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
