ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be working in a great company, in a fantastic team with goals that will give you growth and development opportunities. As a Senior Client Executive you will get your own customer portfolio of local and international Retail companies. Your primary responsibility will be to service and maintain good relationships with our existing customers by producing relevant data and insights that our customers use to optimize their campaigns and business decisions. You will also be responsible for expanding the client base by promoting and selling NIQ solutions.
You will be part of BESt Team (Business Effectiveness Solutions)- a cloud-based business intelligence platform developed for the Retail industry. It provides integrated solutions with daily transactional data-based insights and is a globally scalable product.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively maintain and develop client relationships and understand clients' business and information needs
- Identify potential client needs to offer relevant solutions and opportunities for business development
- Provide actionable recommendations and analytical insights on how to use NIQ solutions to resolve clients' business challenges and develop client's business
- Deliver timely and accurate services to clients and ensure the services provided meet clients' business needs and specifications
- Trouble-shoot and resolve client inquiries related to set up, solutions insight, methodology and facts usage that are improving Customer's business
- Proactively seeking growth opportunities & current customer upselling
- Maintain both external and internal business correspondence (communications, contracts, proposals, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years of sales experience in Market Research/ Consulting/ Retail/ FMCG industry
- Proven track of sales records
- Ability to develop strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Time management skills and prioritization ability
- Fluent Business English
