ABOUT THIS JOB

NIQ is seeking an innovative, experienced and results-oriented business development and client service Executive for our Consumer Insights (CI) business in Baltics. The individual will be a part of a client service team of professionals to effectively service and support client organizations in FMCG and other sectors. This is an exciting career opportunity with key responsibility for growing the consumer insights business, building strong client relationships, and making a positive impact on client organizations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote, develop and grow the Consumer Insights business across Baltics by identifying opportunities to add value to existing and new clients;
  • Significantly contribute to clients’ business needs and expectations ensuring a high degree of client satisfaction and strong business partnerships;
  • End-to-end project management: provide high standards of professionalism within the client service team ensuring delivery of compelling proposals and high-quality insightful reports;
  • Ensure proper pricing of contracts and the effective management and execution of client projects within agreed timelines and costs.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in B2B and/or FMCG commercial (client-facing) area for 3+ years;
  • Fluent in Latvian and in English;
  • Higher education or upper in Marketing, Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent disciplines;
  • Ability to clearly communicate with clients, covering the features & insights of consumer research;
  • Strong business acumen, strategic perspective and good knowledge of market dynamics;
  • Knowledge of quantitative research methodologies would be a plus;
  • Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills;
  • Willingness to grow in the market research field.
