About This Job
In view of the large investment planned to expand and modernize Consumer Panel Services (CPS) at European and Global level, this is role is pivotal in growth strategy and focused on client acquisition, new client activation and penetration of Consumer Intelligence services.
In the role you will focus on 4 main tasks:
Working with Account Development Team to drive penetration in existing NielsenIQ clients who do not buy into CPS services
Actively seek out new opportunities with non-NielsenIQ clients
Retention of existing CPS customers, ensuring they get value for the services they have purchased and wish to repeat and expand their partnerships with NielsenIQ in this area
Extend penetration of Consumer solutions within existing CPS customer
We expect you’ve matured a robust expertise in topics and solution related to Consumer understanding:
Ensuring client business needs are covered and we can help clients optimize their marketing strategies
Collaborating with our production & delivery teams to ensure we are delivering against requirements
Responsibilities
Target/penetrate new clients, open/participate/win client RFPs
Build close relationships with clients, turning relationships from ad-hoc projects into ongoing contracts
Identify business needs at the client and perform client briefings and upsell to clients with additional opportunities
Accurate forecasting and building of the financial pipeline and hitting commercial targets for your area ensuring accurate cooperation with delivery teams (CPS analytics)
Contribute to Deploy & Develop Consumer Panel culture at clients and within NielsenIQ commercial team

Outgoing, collaborative, openminded, problem solver and oriented to teamwork.
Eager to grow in terms of commercial acumen and negotiation skills leveraging your CPS background.
- Comfortable thinking on your feet and turning complex business needs into actionable business outcomes.
Qualifications
A passion for clients and client needs and a passion for solution selling – understanding needs, talking outcomes not capabilities, developing relationships and ensuring the client gets value from the investment
At least 5 years of experience in the FMCG sector
Good level of Analytics Skills
Basic knowledge of client issues in the areas of revenue management and/or category management/range and space
Fluent in English language
