CGA Strategy is a global leader in On Premise research, measurement and consumer research with offices in Great Britain and Chicago, USA with a service portfolio covering 22 countries. We are continuing our global expansion in 2022 by establishing a new team based in Mexico within our parent company of NIQ.
Focused solely on the On Premise channel since 1991, CGA works with the world’s leading beverage brands supplying best-in-class research and insight solutions.
Following the CGA acquisition by world-renowned market research experts NIQ in May 2022, ‘CGA by NIQ’ is bringing a host of world-class On Premise capabilities to many new markets for the very first time.
Our work helps beer, wine, spirits and soft drink brands to track essential market trends, to accurately benchmark performance against competitors, to understand their National Account customers better, to activate brand plans more effectively, to launch new products with less risk and to determine the range of products you ultimately should see on bars and menus all over the world.
The Client Solutions Role
- Working in collaboration with CGA’s Client Success teams, the Client Solutions Director is responsible for overall client satisfaction, ensuring contracted deliverables and project work is delivered on time, on budget and to target.
- To provide a credible, senior and expert opinion in helping beverage suppliers build and activate channel plans.
- To lead all business development and partnership activities for CGA’s On Premise toolkit, with support from the local and global commercial leadership
- To support in-market Data Acquisition activity
- To collaborate closely with the UK-based Client Success and Product Leadership teams in order to dovetail market engagement plans with product development milestones.
- Generally to be the (initial) ‘face’ of the CGA business in the region, representing the company with professionalism, expertise and industry credibility at all times.
Qualifications
- A genuine interest in, and knowledge of, the On Premise sector and the beverages consumed in the channel
- A credible, strong, leader with gravitas and an engaging, persuasive, personality.
- 3-5 years experience with an On Premise beverage supplier, distributor or research agency which touches the On Premise channel
- A fantastic written and verbal communicator (Spanish and English) who is amiable, outgoing and able to build relationships quickly
- Willing to travel (when feasible) up to 20% of the time
- Organised, excellent attention to detail and focused on getting things done
