Job Description

Enable fulfilment of operations deliverables and ensure those deliverables are in line with budget, schedule and quality assurance based on global standard operating procedures within area of responsibility. Close and effective collaboration across multiple functions that work together on project execution and deliverables to deliver on project/client commitments.

Responsible for identifying, building, and implementing solutions supporting standard deliveries and new products, technologies, and methodologies. Acts as key enabler to build process and system efficiencies to improve quality, cost, and timeliness of project deliverables. Ensures proper process and system usage and engages in escalations to find practical solutions. Partners with other Operations partners, vendors, Client Service, and Product Leadership on assigned deliverables.
 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and build solutions which can be standardized to effectively support the delivery of commissioned work within an assigned cluster or Region.
  • Act as an administrator and subject matter expert for local survey platform.
  • Build solutions to support new products, systems, and methodologies.
  • Engage in escalation of complex business problems to identify and implement practical solutions.
  • Ensures all work performed meets product and business standards and SLAs.
  • Complete system analysis and design for automation solutions and other process improvements.
  • Prioritization of work to ensure appropriate business coverage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, fresh graduate or with 6 months to 1 year related experience in programming/ scripting. 
  • Familiar with JavaScript.
  • Knowledge in Python and R programming (good to have). 
  • Strong technical skills, ideally with expertise in Consumer Insights (CI) systems and processes.
  • Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a pressurized environment and work proactively to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Excellent communication skills including command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
