About this Job

In this regional role as a  Business Analyst Finance Operations Europe, you will be responsible for ensuring the full transparency of financial health of the regional and local OPS programs and BAU activities across Europe (West and East). Drive identification and on-time execution of savings and opportunities, leveraging business insights, reliable forecasting, and proactive mitigation of risks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure E2E financial tracking of the global, regional, and local OPS (focus on DA first) programs on regional European level.
• Analyze & share insights predicting challenges proactively (financials & saving) & create smart action plans working closely with E2E and OPS leaders across Europe.
• Responsible for tracking key performance financial metrics like: Cost per Data Point, C2R and drive actions for improvements; engaging the team on financial data quality and financial objectives.
• Build Operating plan for Operations working closely with the OPS E2E leaders, the local OPS Leadership team and Finance BP.
• Align forecast, expected performance with actions and resources
• Create transparency between deployment vs financial expectation, work on standardization, optimization of processes.
• Work with the reporting team to create reports that showcase the insights in an actionable view.
• Support the definition and maintenance of the financial operational processes & KPIs for all activities tied to the tools and processes developed for the programs in-scope of local and regional E2E OPS
• Creation of SOP documentation and handover to Activation leaders to pursue training and certifications of the Operational teams from a financial perspective.
• Develops and maintains strong partnership with Ops E2E Leadership team & Finance BP.

Qualifications

• 1+ Year of experience in financial tracking and reporting
• Bachelor's in any STEM area (Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics)
• Very good knowledge of Excel Power Point, SAP Analytics
• Advanced English level - spoken & written
• Knowledge of DA and E2E core OPS business will be an asset
• Analytical and details-oriented mindset,
• Good Negotiation skills
• Self starter, motivated, action oriented and has high ownership
• Demonstrates ability to think effectively and innovatively
• Ability to work under pressure
