Job Description

NIQ Customer Success is a modern service team transforming the way we serve our clients by introducing new and updated tools and platforms that help us to provide effective client servicing quickly and easily. Our team is the key link between NIQ and our FMCG manufacturer clients and we are responsible for maintaining and developing effective client partnerships.
The NIQ Bulgaria Customer Success team is currently looking for an intern who will be supporting us with the introduction of new servicing model on the Bulgarian market leveraging our new unique NIQ business intelligence platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Completing internal training programs and developing knowledge about NIQ products, methodology, service model and our new business intelligence platform
  • Participating in the onboarding of NIQ FMCG manufacturer clients on the new platform while keeping a high level of client satisfaction
  • Attending global and regional meetings and webinars related to the platform development, summarizing the important information, and transferring it to local stakeholders using different communication channels (shared files, emails, calls, online and in-person meetings)
  • Supporting the adoption of client service functionality within the new platform by creating syndicated client and internal NIQ articles and written guides
  • Assisting with our daily communication with various commercial and operations departments in the company

REQUIREMENTS

  • University student or fresh graduate in a relevant field (e.g. economics, business studies, marketing)
  • Strong communication skills – very good English (written and spoken) and fluent in Bulgarian 
  • Ability to work in a digital-enabled environment and to adopt and promote the usage of new modern web platforms
  • Experience with Outlook, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft tools
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI will be perceived as an advantage
  • Interest in the FMCG industry
  • Ability to communicate and work with associates at all levels in the organization
  • Ability to build relationships across countries and cultures
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage expectations
