Job Description
As Data Operations Administrator your main tasks will include but not be limited to :
- Organise and ensure the maintenance of the data : categorise thousands of products daily
- Provide assistance with the opening of new client accounts under the responsibility of a supervisor
- Participate in the optimisation of our internal tools
- Respond to requests from the Customer Success and Sales teams
- Collaborate on projects to develop new internal tools
Qualifications
- Bac+3 minimum. Graduates welcome
- Analytical and highly organised
- Adaptable, determined, independent
- You are interested in new technology
- High attention to detail
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Excellent level of English and French, any other languaue is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and pack Office
- Role could evolve depending on your profile
