About the role:
The role of Cluster Special Projects Leader the is to manage, lead and facilitate the transformation of sample management processes within the respective functions. Will work closely with stakeholders to develop project plans, monitor projects progress, analyze and improve existing processes, streamline workflows, and drive operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Managing process transformation projects, including defining project scope, developing project plans, coordinating resources, and monitoring project progress. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with process owners, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to understand their requirements, challenges, and pain points related to the existing processes. Facilitating workshops and discussions to gather insights and gain consensus on process improvement opportunities.
- Change Management Planning: Developing change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new processes. This involves identifying stakeholders, assessing change impacts, developing communication, and training strategies, and addressing resistance to change.
- Continuous Improvement: Establishing a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, gathering lessons learned, and driving ongoing process optimization. Engaging stakeholders in identifying further improvement opportunities and implementing best practices.
- Process Analysis and Documentation: Conducting thorough analysis of existing processes, documenting process flows, and identifying areas for improvement. This includes capturing process steps, inputs, outputs, dependencies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in a statistical, mathematical, or technical field. Masters’ degree a plus.
- Total year of experiences 2+ and with experience in NIQ or comparable roles.
- The role requires strong analytical, communication, project management, and change management skills. The candidate must have a deep understanding of process improvement methodologies and be able to drive organizational change while collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
