Job Description

1、Evaluate and prioritize product opportunities for FMCG Retail & Ecommerce for our clients.

2、Work with internal and external stakeholders to assess market opportunities for potential product in Ecommerce and FMCG retail, and prepare business cases for new developments.

3、Own client discovery within the region; understand the Ecommerce and FMCG retail industry dynamics today and in the future, the competitive landscape, the buyer personas, and key client business problems.

4、Constantly engage with clients through external forums, ongoing business meets & formally organized industry councils to stay abreast of their latest needs.

5、Determine product requirements based on discovery and prioritization, working closely with Data & Modeling team and Commercial stakeholders, specifically highlighting key client needs in the market.

6、Practice consistent application of the Product Development Life Cycle - conducting thorough product discovery and partnering with internal stakeholders such as Operations & Tech team to ensure effective execution of design, build and go-to-market.

7、Manage expectations with our clients and sales teams on product features and functionality.

8、Support Sales teams as needed with client meetings, RFPs as well as internal Nielsen Briefings.

9、Identify and engage with potential partners to achieve product roadmap objectives.

Qualifications

-Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing Analysis, Data Science(Statistics or Maths), or related field

-10+ Years of Product Development, Product Marketing, Consulting or Commercial experience with proven ability to lead Product Development Life Cycle; heavy emphasis on client discovery, market opportunity assessments, P&L development and product strategy

-Heavy emphasis on Client Discovery, Market Opportunity Assessments and Product Strategy

-Domain expertise in Retail, CPG Manufacturer Sales & Marketing or E-commerce

-Experience in Saas toB BA production, preferably on E-commerce or geographic data.

-Ability to handle complex problems or situations with strong learning ability, able to handle work pressure and manage risks.

-Experience in bigdata products, better on machine learning or data mining projects.
