Job Description

 

  1. Support the business needs of product and commercial teams, while driving the development and improvement of innovative products.
  2. Analyze data of NielsenIQ BigData team to gain insight into market trend and opportunities.
  3.  Help product and commercial team understand data products and the methods behind them.
  4.  Explain ongoing research to clients and help clients better understand NielsenIQ's data and insight in a simple and effective way.
  5.  Build clear insights through visualizations or statistical analysis of data to explain why the data behaves the way it does.
  6.  Collaborate with multiple stakeholders on data needs and the design of new studies.
  7.  Constantly try and test new algorithms and workflows, and verify whether they improve accuracy and efficiency or not.

 

Qualifications

 

 

  1. Conduct research within the NielsenIQ department to meet the need to update, improve and create new data products.
  2. Independently complete the design and construction of the model.
  3. Understand customer needs and translate them into clearer business conclusions through NielsenIQ data.
  4. Work closely with the commercial team to ensure they meet the requirements for data and NielsenIQ retail analytics methodologies.
  5. Collaborate with other teams to improve data products.
  6.  Responsible for the preparation of data processing, cleaning, analysis and modeling procedures in the project.
  7.  Responsible for the output of data statistics and visualization results in the project.
