Job Description

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing technical and statistical aspects of modeling and analytical projects that are sold to clients and for ensuring that projects are delivered to the high quality standards and timeline agreed with clients.
This role will involve working closely with commercial manager and be responsible for managing own projects.

- To manage the technical and statistical aspects of any AC project
- To ensure that clean, robust and meaningful results are delivered in response to commercial brief
- To identify and solve quality and statistical data issues that may arise throughout the course of the project
- To produce key results spreadsheets that may be used to build presentation of results
- To support commercial manager in the initial specification of the project
- To support commercial manager in answering technical questions that may arise in final results presentation to clients
- To liaise with global/local technical team/expert in order to be constantly updated and trained in new or alternative modeling and analytical techniques and procedures

Qualifications

Typical Position Pre-requisites:


1    BA / BS in statistics related background and has around 1 year statistic modeling working experience
2    Be familiar with Python is a must
3    Solid statistic knowledge and has capability to design new methodology
4    Basic understand on some frequently used Machine Learning Algorithm (e.g, decision tree, random forest, SVM, network analysis, etc)
5    Good analytical skills and problem solving skills
6    Effective communication and project management skill is needed
7    Knowledge with R,VBA,SQL, SAS, Visualization tool (e.g, Tableau/Power BI) would be a plus
8    Experience in FMCG / Service / Retail industry would be a plus
