Job Summary

Our company is seeking a Senior Research Executive who will be responsible for managing and executing research projects across various industries. The candidate must have an exposure of undertaking adhoc projects (experience in handling tracking study will be an added advantage 

The type of research managed: - Brand Health tracking (BH), CSAT, RSAT, NPS, Product & Concept test U&A and Pricing etc. The clientele serviced should be from FMCG, Durables, Technology. Other industry verticals would be an added advantage. 

 The Senior Research Executive will be responsible for the following: - 

Managing the client – The candidate must be able to individually communicate with the client and manage the client by addressing their queries comprehensively. Must have experience of handling multiple projects simultaneously. 

Writing Proposal: Must be able to work on research proposals according to the brief received from the client by assimilating the client’s marketing or business problems. 

Report Making– Must be able to work on the report with a detailed understanding on how the report is to be prepared with recommendations. 

Advanced Analysis: - Must be aware about regression- Correlation, Choice Based Conjoint (CBC) etc. i.e., how to analyze the data and how to apply it in diff. scenarios. 

Research – Must be knowledgeable about different types of research e.g., Brand Health tracking (BH )– What are the various components of Brand Health tracking (BH) study? How to interpret and read the data? What is U&A study? What is a segmentation study & what are its components? Etc. 

Analysis – Must be able to make the Analysis plan and develop the framework of the analysis plan. Depending on the proposal & objectives. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop questionnaires and other research materials as needed 

• Participate in the planning and execution of research projects 

• Manage research projects from start to finish, including project planning, data collection, analysis, and report writing 

• Ensure that research projects are completed on time and within budget. Must understand the costing framework of a project.  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Management, Marketing, Business, or related fields + MBA from a reputed college. 

  • Experience in Primary Quantitative Market Research with practical knowledge of research methodologies in consumer research measurement. B2B research can be additional benefit. 

  • At least 2-5 years of experience in market research 

  • Experience of handling large studies is a plus. 

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with large datasets 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Familiarity with statistical analysis software such as R or Python is a plus. 

  • Proactive  

  • Strong interpersonal skills
