Job Description

Job Purpose
Leads delivery efforts for a solution or group of solutions (P&P, A&M, RTM…) within the Analytics practice & support sales team on sales activities in order to achieve the company’s financial objectives and other operational performance indicator. 
Success will require:
●    Excellent problem solving skills, solution oriented and good analytical skill
●    Very good client-facing and communication/presentation skills
●    Excellent at consultative story telling

Core Job Responsibilities: 
Client Delivery
    Has a deep understanding of customer business around (pricing , assortment , distribution and execution) and can reframe and challenge the way customers view their businesses
    Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations
    Attend client meetings and contribute by providing insights and solutions to the client’s business needs
    Ensure deliverables are aligned with the regional standards if required
    Provide value-added analyses and respond to special requests
    Manage data quality issues by overseeing data inquiry process

Team Collaboration
    Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with sales & modeling team
    Liaise between sales & modeling team to ensure delivery aligned with client needs
    Liaise with other client service associates to ensure alignment on message for each client
    Relentless curiosity to learn from & share with Analytics peers from China markets and beyond

Qualifications

Experience and Knowledge Required: 
    1-2 years of experience in CPG Sales, Trade Marketing, Retailer - Key Account, Merchandising, CPG related consulting/analytics
    Bachelor's Degree
    Good knowledge of Nielsen products, services and data preferred
    Excellent business English (+ local language), both verbal and written
    Strong analytical skills and understanding of statistical modeling
    Digital knowledge & experience is a plus
